The cost will be $120.00 – (the cost for current Fitness That Fits, LLC members is $80.00)

Class Descriptions

Boot Camp - This program will depend on your current fitness levels and goals. You can usually expect to do a little bit of everything! Walking, light jogging, stability training, strength training, core conditioning, flexibility training, and teamwork challenges are all incorporated. This class can range from 30 minutes to 45 minutes of intense training.


Cardio Kick Boxing - This is an excellent way to get your whole body into great shape! And while you burn calories, you are releasing a lot of stress. Cardio Kick Boxing involves a wide range of moves, combining various techniques that add up to an impressive workout. This class typically targets all the major muscle groups: abs, legs, glutes, arms, as well as your cardiovascular system. If you are new to kick boxing, don’t worry if you feel unfamiliar with the techniques. You are encouraged to progress at your own pace.

Healthy Abs & Back - Just exactly what it says. This is a total lower body workout specifically toning and strengthening the glutes, abdominals and special consideration of your back.

Spinning - A unique (non-impact) indoor stationary cycling program for people of all ages and fitness levels.  Specially designed, fixed geared bikes are used to give you a ride of a lifetime!

Step Mix - A step class and then some.  Instructors will use step, bands, weights, etc....to burn fat and sculpt those muscles.

Tabata - The concept behind this class is based on the research of Dr. Tabata.  The 20/10 (20 seconds on 10 seconds off) high-intensity workout builds endurance and muscle strength and produces better results when compared to traditional workouts. Another important element to the science behind Tabata is the overloading of the aerobic system.  Using the anaerobic system leads to afterburn or rapid burn - a process that boosts your metabolism and maximizes calorie burn, even after you stop exercising.  Studies have shown that this workout can burn up to 12 times the calories as traditional 1 hour exercise classes.

TRX Suspension Training - a revolutionary total body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  The TRX device is attached to an anchor point.  Each participant then grabs the handles with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles.  One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for the different exercises.  Having the ability to change the body's angle allows one to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise.

Spin & Sculpt - This class is split into 3o minutes of Spinning and 15 minutes of sculpting the body using Kettle Bells, free weights, TRX Suspension training, stability or medicine balls.  All fitness levels welcome.
